Services

Three lines of work, each grounded in the same core disciplines and shaped to where an organization sits in its investigation maturity.

Function Design and Build

For organizations standing up an internal investigations function for the first time, or rebuilding one that has stalled. The engagement typically covers the function charter, governance and reporting lines, intake and triage protocols, the investigation lifecycle from allegation analysis through reporting, vendor architecture for external investigative and screening providers, and the metrics by which the function will be judged. The objective is a function that compounds in capability and credibility over time rather than one that plateaus once the initial cases are closed.

Investigation Advisory

For organizations facing a complex, sensitive, or high-exposure matter and needing outside expertise without engaging a law firm or large consultancy at the level of cost those engagements typically carry. Astris embeds with General Counsel, Ethics and Compliance, or HR as a subject matter advisor through the lifecycle of a specific investigation, supporting decisions on scope, planning, evidence handling, interview strategy, and reporting, and serving as a check on the rigor of the work as it progresses.

Training and Capability Building

For in-house investigation teams and the compliance, HR, and legal partners who support them. Training covers PEACE-method investigative interviewing, alignment with ISO/TS 37008 guidance, the five-pillar lifecycle framework that structures defensible investigations end to end, documentation standards, and the disciplines that make investigation work product hold up under scrutiny. Delivered as standalone workshops or as part of a function build engagement.
